Transcripts are not automatically sent anymore! 

Students must make a request for any transcripts needed.

By Phone

You can request your transcript by phone. Be prepared to give identifying  information to establish identity. You must pick up your records in person when requesting them over the phone.  Transcripts are two for $5.00

In Person

You may request transcripts in person.  Be prepared to present you ID .Transcripts are two for$5.00

By Mail

You can request your transcript by mail.  Please send us a copy of your ID, a letter stating where the transcript will be sent, a money order in the amount of $5.00, & an address where the transcripts will be mailed.  

 We do not send records to colleges or universities unless a request is made from the institution!  Students will receive official records in a sealed envelope, envelopes must remain sealed to be considered official.
